1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made prescription glasses or items damaged through customer misuse cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the glasses are scratched or the chair has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.): If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Return Shipping Fees

For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
